Our cashews are from Australian farms when available as Australia has a limited growing season and area for production. So we source from Australia when possible but also use only the highest grade from overseas.

when you open the foil pack the first thing you see is a large evenly light coloured kernel as we only use the highest grade, salted and packed in Australia.
