The Village Pantry has been in business of manufacturing beef jerky and biltong since 1995 and has lead the field in this area. Since it had started many other brands have come and gone but with concern on cost and quality, we have made number of changes and improvements in the process of making jerky and biltong.
mainly with the type of machinery to keep costs down from start to finish and improve the work environment for our staff. We have increased our range of flavours and the way we tenderise the meat first.
