Our chilli lime and cracked pepper beef jerky is a popular Jerky with the meat sourced from the fertile slopes of Australian grazing lands. We than make a selection of herbs and spices with a background taste of lime and added cracked pepper to give a full body taste and bite . After drying we slice it to bite size pieces for enjoyment at anytime and anywhere.
