Our sweet hot and spicy biltong is a fan favourite with the meat source from the fertile slopes of Australian grazing lands, we trim the meat of excess fat.
Gathered together are some natural herbs and spices with the taste of citrus massaged in, to infuse the flavour and with the added cracked peppers to give it bite, left to marinate for 48 hours for full flavour. Dried for a few days, we thinly slice it to bite size pieces, for your enjoyment any time of the day.
