Our chilli and garlic is a very popular flavour , as we source our meat from the fertile slopes Australian grazing lands, we trim the meat of its excess fat. We use a selection of herbs and spices, mixed with a blend of garlic for a rich flavour.
As we rub in the mixture in and massage the meat you can feel the meat come alive with flavour, let it marinate for 48 hours allowing all the flavours to infuse, we dry it for a few days and slice it thinly to bite size pieces to be enjoyed any time.
