Our chilli biltong meat is source from the fertile slopes of Australian grazing lands and we trim it of most of its excess fat, we make a selection of herbs and spices to enhance and give a full chilli taste as we rub it into the meat it is also being massaged ready to marinate for at least 48 hours infusing the taste of all the chillies and ingredients as it is in South Africa.
After drying for a few days we slice it thinly for a bite size piece, so you can enjoy a full chilli experience as a snack at any time.
